Return Policy
You can return products purchased from Swimmy within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition fit for resale.
Exclusions:
- Due to the perishable nature of our tea products, we cannot accept returns on these items.
- Gift vouchers and gift items are non-returnable.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages:
If the courier fails to deliver a package due to incorrect address information provided, refusal to pay duties, or failed delivery attempts, Swimmy is not responsible for shipping costs, customs fees, or any other associated expenses. The client is responsible for covering the return shipping costs in these cases. We will deduct these costs from the refund once the returned package is received at our warehouse.
Sale Items:
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage caused during shipping.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Swimmy cannot be held responsible for lost or failed deliveries.
